  I chose this company to repair some lawn damage, caused by a drunk driver, because they had decent reviews. The rep who came out was pleasant, and walked around the area to see what all was needed, and indicated to me that he had all the information necessary. They generated a quote quickly, and I agreed to have them do the work. Unfortunately, they waited three weeks to come out to do the clean up and lawn repairs, then only did about 80%of what was quoted. I asked them to either finish the rest, or give me a discount, and they took another two weeks to finish. Then they sent me a bill and post-dated it as two days past due. When I complained about that, they accused me of trying to pocket insurance money. If you hire these people MAKE SURE you get every detail, as well as timing, IN WRITIING. They do not treat you well if you complain in any way. I will not use them again.

  Tri-City Lawn Care is the best in the business. There is no one I would trust more to take care of my yard. The team does a phenomenal job with whatever I need done, regardless of the time or season. They are professional and I have always enjoyed dealing with Matthew, the owner.
