I have used Tree-N-Turf for three years for their "spring" weed and feed application. Last year they finally came to my house in the final few days of June - and this year they didnt arrive until July. I never received any communication from them that their services were going to be delayed. End of June/Early July is hardly Spring in my mind - but I certainly will not be using their services again.

We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. Looking at our previous applications, we have marked that in 2020 your application was performed on June 9th. Unfortunately this year we were behind on our applications due to the difficulty of hiring qualified workers, and the dry hot weather conditions that could have been a safety concern for our employees. We did not have the time to individually call all of our customers to alert them of the delay and we apologize for that. They did a terrible job, especially around our edging! 10 days after they sprayed we had numerous weeds. We’ve been happy with them for many years, but will be looking for someone else next year. They’re usually pretty late in the season getting to us, which has been frustrating, but this year was terrible! The first weed spray wasn’t until August 8th!

Robin, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Here at Tree-n-Turf Services we strive to provide all of our clients with great customer care and quality service. We are currently dealing with that particular applicator that performed the service since there has been a few quality issues. As far as the timing goes you can sign up for an earlier application. You are setup for summer and fall but could opt for a spring app which would be earlier. Please call if you have any questions.

I used the service in 2019 for fall, they did not show up last year. I agreed to sign up this year. The salesperson said they would show up in a timley matter. Again no show even after I called them to ask if they would show up.
