  I had a horrible experience with them this year. We got the service done on a tree for Japanese beetle in June, and in July the beetle is back and they are asking the money again to come and take a look and spray. Not sure what I paid for last time. Also, till last year they charged 100 and suddenly they increased the fee to 180. Increased priced reduced service.. Based on talking to the lady in office, this company changed hands this or last year... so may be this is because of the new management.
