  I love tractor supply but their prices don't make them very competitive. It's sad Because I'd buy more from them, if they were a little more competitive.. It's not a matter of quality because I can pick up some of the same quality goods at lower prices.

  Ordered 2 items online for store pickup. When pickup time came they had only one and said they couldn't get 2nd. I asked about billing for 2nd and they assured me they wouldn't submit paypal charge for item they didn't order. Complete lie. they charged my paypal account anyway . Calls to store, store manager, company resolution center all proved useless. Have had to file complaint with paypal and have them go thru entire process of getting me a refund., 7 days after paypal sent order to tractor supply to explain this, tractor supply has still refused to answer. End of my dealings with TSC and don't recommend anyone else too either. Paypal has now opened an investigation and requested TSC answer the complaint and TSc refuses to do that. However, now that TSC has found out they are under investigation, they now sent me an email to contact their resolution center. I did so and same results. They transferred me 3 different dept's and when I finally got someone who admitted they were from resolution center and she heard what my call was about, she hung up on me. am now going to let Paypal do the collecting and hope they administrate some kind of punishment because this company is out and out dishonest.

  DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS!! I placed an online order for 2 (5-gallon parts washers fluid) on Saturday 10/23/21. Got the confirmation number saying my order will be ready on Monday 10/25/21. On Tuesday I get an email saying my order has been picked up. So I called the yuba city Tractor Supply for information regarding the order pick-up details. To my surprise, no one at the store including the management had an idea about it. I gave my name, order number, and phone number so I can receive information on the refund process. On 10/26/21 I called around 6 pm asking someone to assist me with finding or requesting a refund on my order. I was told I would get a call back on 10/27/21 from the store manager so they can review the security footage. After receiving no call the following day around 1 pm I decided to give the store another call, again I was told to call back the following day because the store manager was not in. This is probably the worst experience I had with online ordering.
