My husband and I enjoy going to the Danville store.  Jess is a manager there and has become our "GO TO" girl.  Whatever we need she has the information for us.  IMO, she's a walking store catalog.  Very professional.  The other employees are nice and friendly as well, but she has the experience and people skills that makes her stand out to us.

Why does the website show an item in stock for pick up today, but when you get there to buy it,  they say it's in storage so it's not available ? 30 minute drive for nothing!!!

This particular location, albeit a little off the highway, offered very friendly and helpful assistance. I was met with a smile and pleasant greeting upon entering the facility.
Once inside, I was asked, by a couple of employees, if I needed any help with anything or assistance locating anything I may have been looking for.
All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend this particular Tractor Supply if you are in that area.
