Have shopped TSC ever since it was came to NC and shopped TSC from Jacksonville NC to Tucson AZ but when you refer someone to TSC like Taylorsville, with a picture of what to look for, the can't find it, can't find anyone at the service desk, goes to the clerk at the check out, the only person seen in the store, and he can't find it when he is looking at a picture of it on the woman's phone, then someone needs some very serious training, this happened about 6:15pm, 9-13-31 and one thing is for sure, Andy, the Western TSC VP, f he's still with TCS, whom I know personally, will be getting a call from me about crapping on a customer. SHAME on the MANAGER of TSC in Taylorsville

always like going to tractor supply,their staff is helpful and friendly . along with other things i get my work boots there because the quality is so much better than anywhere else so they are comfortable and last longer. TS rocks!
