Tractor Supply in Mason City. Thank you to Julie who went above and beyond to help us. We had ordered a part, and it did not arrive at the store when scheduled. Julie took time out of her Thanksgiving with her family in Waterloo, to get the part from the Waterloo Store. She brought it back to Mason City and we picked it up today. Hats off to Julie for her outstanding customer service!

I travel 50 miles to this store, The staff is hit or miss. There a couple of good workers. As a customer it hard to shop at a store. When some of the staff make you feel like why are you here... I was looking for a BBQ grill online.said in stock. The cashier told me you can't trust online.... The Mgr who was working and from Cedar Rapid store. Stepped in and showed me where the grill was... Thanks for the employee who still know customer service...
