Friendly and helpful staff. It seems like they knew what I needed before I asked, then again I was walking around is circles mumbling for about 10 minutes looking for what I needed while the staff members were busy helping other consumers. As soon as it was my turn, they took care of my needs in short order.  The prices were decent considering it's a name brand John Deere store.

Sales and service is Great!!! Have dealt with them for yrs. Always helpful and great to work with. Got 2 mowers in the past and now the compact tractor.

i farm in s.e. iowa but while passing through westby on a camping trip we had big trouble w/wheel  bearings and a burnt up hub on our camper. so my whole family walked in and w/ no hesitation the staff accommodated us w/ the services required and had us rolling in no time @ all .  great job mechanic,service manager,parts guy  : )  fast , friendly, good job !

Tim spent a good amount of time with me, answering my many questions and providing resources to answer any that came up later. Very impressed with the knowledgeability and courtesy afforded to me. I'll be back here to make my purchase for certain.

Tractor central is the most dysfunctional business I have dealt with. Employees are disorganized and unwilling to work with you on there extremely high charges. We had a combine break down on our farm, they fixed it right the second time and took advantage of us with an outrageous bill. This is the last time we will be doing business with them. Learn from our mistake and do business else where, you'll be glad you did.

I'm a veteran and find it refreshing to send a honest, sincere "Thank You" along to those who deserve it. The team at Westby Tractor Central has again exceeded my high standard for customer service! I took my 1026 R tractor in for it's yearly tune up. Well, between Lisa Short & Adam Hornby... the tractor pick up & return, to the detailed maintance was amazingly. Thank you both! I also worked with Tim Theis regarding a purchase, last Feburary (2017), of a new tractor & had him look up a "difficult" to find tractor attachment this year. Tim Theis made many phone calls & finally located the non-John Deere part I needed. AGAIN, great customer service! Thanks Tim Theis!!!

Seem to be very helpful the salesperson let drive a new all wheel steer mower it was great that will be my next purchase
