Super disappointed. We set a date for them to come out and give me a quote on a spring clean up job but never showed up. It was very frustrating considering I drove from Chicago specifically that day. I called and texted Anita but there was no response. Even after the appointment was missed, I attempted to reschedule but no call or text was returned. They seem nice enough on the phone initially so I’ll give the review 2 stars.
