  I have lived in the area for many years and have had contracts with several other snow removal companies. This is by far the worst company I have employed. The main issue is they just don't come. For example, yesterday, we had a big snow storm, and they did not come out to plow until 10:45am. I was stuck at home, unable to leave. It is now 9am (next day) and my driveway has again not been plowed so I cannot go to work (again). Do not hire them to plow for you if you have a job you need to get to. I signed a contract and paid for the whole season. Calling their office to complain does nothing. I will update this review if the situation improves over the rest of the season.

  We had a yard that Autumn came in and covered with leaves and fallen branches. It was way too much to tackle working full-time. It was rather daunting to consider how to get it done with my limited tools and time. We called Total Lawn Care. They came out with a team of people and their professional equipment and tackled the job like an army would the front lines. They were done so quickly considering the 2 acre lot size and the number of trees. It was a truly impressive thing to watch. The end result was beautiful to look at. Not a leaf on the ground, the yard was mowed, and everything just looked tidy and cared for. Based on that experience, we are going to use them next year for lawn care. And for our winter drive clean up.

  Over priced. You will get an estimate but the actual bill will be almost double of the estimate. He will say that the cost is payment of overhead. The payment of secretary to drivers and workers. They get an hourly wage that covers all the cost. The argument is not worth the hassle of garbage. Avoid the headache. He covers everything in mulch and you want know the lack of work done until its to late. Horrible and unreliable service.
