  Evan and his crew are great they're punctual and took care of a small pruning and clean up project for me. Evan and his crew treat your property as they would treat their own. Highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs in southern Bergen County.

  I had this company service my property for some of last year. I recieved surprise charges besides the initial lawn mowing that ranged between $40-$200! I have attached screenshots of the convo I just had over text with Evan. My front yard is not beautiful and I have patches in various spots still including section of my property that he "took care of" that looks completely dead . BBB has also been informed. Review photos and decide for yourself.

  I’ve been using top seed for approx 5 yrs and have nothing to say but, nice things. His crew is friendly and they always do a great job. I think our block is one of the nicest, thanks to top seed. I get more compliments on my lawn. Thanks to Evan. They really pay special attention to detail. I highly recommend top seed.
