On July 10 this year, I hired this landscaper to put in a sprinkler system and a retaining wall to remove the slope in the backyard. We live on social security, but the investment was worth my husband no longer falling as he tried to mow. I paid for all of the parts and half of the labor to the tune of nearly $4,000. He said he would start in two weeks and finish in a few weeks. He made excuse upon excuse of why he could not come over. With many start dates and asking for my money back, he finally came to trench. Two utility lines were cut and repairmen came out. Two of my trees I grew from babies were killed. Again many excuses for not working or showing up. He finally brought children over to help put in the pipe, but it was not done properly nor did he use the correct sprinklers. We had a professional contractor come to inspect who told us it was done incorrectly. He also advised us to see if others customers had similar issues and directed us to legal options.
