  A female, whom I wished I’d got her name, was helpful right away when we walked in to buy a weed eater. She gave her recommendation. We had a repair question as well. Ryan, the owner, came out and gave us in depth information about the Echo 2620, add on kit, the line that would be good for cutting, if we had oil and even suggested a less expensive repair kit that he usually has but needs to order more. Then the icing on the customer service cake was gassing and cranking the weed eater. OMG am so impressed we couldn’t say thank you enough.
