It has been quite awhile since I've rented from HD, and I will avoid doing so if at all possible. Had rented a skid steer loader that got quite muddy with sticky clay, so I spent an excessive time at the car wash. Made it to the store on time to pay, in line, one customer ahead of me. I was one minute late and the dude made me pay an additional 2 or 3 hour charge

before you decide to go off and buy a specialized piece of equipment, make sure to check with the rental center you can often rent them Parts and Equipment for far far less than you think. The staff at this particular Rent-A-Center we're actually quite knowledgeable about my drain problem and made some good suggestions as to which piece of equipment to get. This experience was much better than my previous experiences do to this staff.

Eric at the tool rental/repair is AWESOME! Great customer service and sooooooooo glad I found an honest, reasonably priced place to get small engine repair done on my Mantis. John who does the repair was great as well. Thanks guys!
