  Whenever I visit the tool rental, the team is always friendly and efficient, even when it's busy as all get out. They are also helpful in ensuring you are getting the right tool for the job, instead of just expecting that every novice has done their research. You might not need that big jackhammer, when the small one will do.

  Tool Rental is always excellent. The oposite of the appliance center who complain that corporate does not provide enough sales people to help all the customers. It took me two hours to get help today with a simple quick question. And it wasn't even an appliance person A very unpleasant experience with the lack of help. I went down the road a block and purchased major appliances there.

  Good store. Associates are very helpful and usually available. Costs are comparable to Lowe's and when they don't have something usually this store does. Great tool rental facility.
