  If you have a small lawn / landscape company (like I do), I strongly recommend Tony Bass Consulting's Profit Builder workshop and the Super Lawn Toolkit membership. I was exhausted from long days and weeks in the Florida sun, and at the end of the year, there just wasn't much left over. Fortunately, I saw a Facebook ad for Profit Builder and I gave it a shot. That was January 2020, exactly 1 year ago. In that year, I increased my sales dramatically and have the confidence that I will be able to make a similar jump next year. My discretionary income has increased significantly. After buying a new house for my family of 6, I still have more cash than I have ever had in my adult life and am getting close to my goal of having 1 years worth of overhead in savings. Tony Bass and his Profit Builder workshop taught me how to properly assess future costs, plan for those costs in a budget, figure out the appropriate man hour rate to charge my customers, and gave me a set sales goal for the upcoming year. My sales goal for last year was a 93% increase in sales. I am pleased to announce that with Profit Builder and Super Lawn Toolkit, I had a sales increase of 94% in 2020. I now have the confidence that I can grow my business successfully, and I now know the things it takes to grow my business successfully.

  I recently had the opportunity to meet and talk with Tony Bass and this guy is loaded with great knowledge of the landscape industry. Tony takes time to review how you handle the day to day aspects of your job detail and makes clear and concise suggestions on how to better improve yourself in your position. I wish I would have had this opportunity years ago. Very professional. If you want to squeeze out even more info... get him a turkey and cheese NO ONIONS and bag of bbq chips. Thanks Tony
