The man in the mower shop there needs to really look up part's instead of guessing and then try to tell me how to install a part that doesn't even go on a Honda engine. If you want a service professional to come and repair your mower at your location at an affordable price look me up on Facebook.

It was good. Been there several times the past couple days. Friendly folks. The folks at the "contractors corner" should learn how to cut their personal conversations short and ask if the customer standing at the counter staring at all of them if they need help before finishing their conversations. But overall a good experience as always, and everyone is normally helpful.

One stop shop in my opinion and needs. Always greeted by friendly well trained staff when I'm a customer. As an employee definitely refreshing to work with a well assembled team.

Visited twice today. No greeting at the door on both occasions. Front desk person on their phone both times. Check out pretty much the same. No thank you, no have a nice day. Pointed it out about the customer service, got sarcasm. I like shopping at locally owned businesses, mainly because of the customer service. They just seem to appreciate your business more. Used to be like that here. That seems to be missing now. If I want to be ignored while spending my money, I can go to lowes or Home Depot. Just saying. They did have exactly what I needed. So that's good.
