This place is a rip off they have taken me for over $240.00 and my DR Professional Power Weeder still did not work after a Carburetor kit and tune up and then told me it was the belt so replaced that and still not working after taking it home one of my yard guys fixed it with just a simple adjustment of the clutch cable I am going to ask for my money back!! Bought a new Honda push mower with electric start. It was surging and not running right, right out of the box. They are the only Honda repair center around. They require $30 down to look at it. Called a few days later and go to pick up and charged another $25. They said it was bad gas. Pretty sure it wasn't, I buy the canned gas at the hardware store. I also use the same gas in my other mowers, no problem with them. Fast forward two years. The starter isn't working. I make sure to check everything, it has power all the way down to the starter and battery has a full charge. So I take it to them since still under warranty. They require $30 down. A couple weeks go by, they call and say battery is dead and will need a new one. I agree and they offer to order a charger for it as well and I agree. Another couple weeks go by they call and say the starter doesn't work. I inquire if it will be covered under warranty. They say it should. Another 4 weeks go by they finally call and say it's ready and Honda would not warranty the starter, due to it was burned up from low battery voltage. That's a first I've ever heard. I go to pick up and was hit with a bill over $300. They took it upon themselves to sharpen blades and change oil, without asking me first, and along with the battery, charger, and starter. $70 is for labor, which is pretty high in my opinion. I pay and take bad parts with me. Get home tried starting it, no start. I take cover off battery, discovered they cut wires to battery to add a connector that attaches to battery, the charger has the same connector. I reattach leads to battery and it starts. I look at the wires that attach to the starter and notice they cut the connectors off and put new ones on, for some unknown reason. I then decided to pull out old starter and used jumper wires to it, on the bench, and behold it worked. So the starter was good, just didn't know why it wouldn't start when I took it to them The mower also would push forward and backwards no problem when I dropped it off. When I picked it up the wheels would lock up when trying to pull backwards. So searched YouTube for a solution to locked wheels and I fixed it myself. Needless to say, if you have warranty work might as well take it somewhere else. I think they don't even deal with manufactures for warranty work. They just say it wasn't covered under warranty and charge you more for shotty repair work. In my opinion don't take your small engine repair work to these hack jobs.

May 2016 I ask them to make me 2 24 inch chains for my saw. 1 had 4 splices in it. The other had 3. I didn't check them till I got to Lovington .This fall I had both sharpened at another place, that's when I was shown that both chains were made with different types of chain, different styles of cutting teeth that should never be run together. They sold me leftover pieces that they knew wasn't right. Monty Cole Lovington NM
