  Scope of work was not clearly defined before starting the job and differed from what I told them I wanted done. The work done was clearly unacceptable, yet they expected me to be happy with the work because it was "better" than it looked before. They pruned bushes and shrubs down way too far, left dead leaves in the bushes and cut down some baby nuisance trees that was growing in my landscaping. When asked about the ugly stumps they left, someone (unknown to me) came back and tried digging at the stumps and ruined my landscaping by tearing through the plastic under the rocks and also rocks were all over my grass. Although they came back out and "fixed" the mess they created, I would have to say this was a very unprofessional job from start to finish. I would not hire these guys again, even if they were the last landscaping company in town.

  Sprinkler heads damaged during aeration are the customers responsibility, do not expect reimbursement. If you are looking for prompt service look elsewhere as they tend to show up when they get around to it. Could be anywhere from two to three weeks after you call.

  What a quick response to my request for a quote and also a great job of doing a one time mow. Thanks for being so accommodating. You did a great job of mowing and picking up the grass clippings.
