  Make sure they come out for your estimate. Do not take there word over the phone. And don't be surprised if they jack up the price after price was agreed on

  Hi Jack, Thank you for your review. We do provide ballpark estimates over the phone before coming out to meet customers. Sometimes there are things that we do not see through the photos that effect the price of the project. With that being said, We never raise prices after the agreed amount at agreement date. I tried to look up your name in our system and could not find your file or any projects related to your name...
