  They are not reliable. I called to get an estimate a week ago and no one has had the decency to call or even text to say they couldn't make it, very poor business practice.

  We were told last week that they would be over the very next day. This is end of another week and we are still waiting on them to show up. No phone call or anything. Not a good way to do business.
