Theo handled communications well and gave honest, cost-effective advice for my yard. Service was quick and professional. Would recommend to others for any lawn care needs.

Theo came early in the morning last week and made the front and backyard look amazing. I have family who expects me to take care of my families house, so I had to have it looking spectacular. Theo did an excellent job and I haven’t heard any complaints from family! Thank God!

Theo was amazing! I called him about coming out to mow our overgrown yard, he scheduled with me for the next morning (a Saturday!)! He arrived on time, and did an a amazing job of mowing, edging and finished by blowing everything off! In addition, he was super polite and seems to take pride in his work! Will be using his services again in the future!

Please do not give yourself the trouble of hiring and paying for this company. Theo claims to provide excellent lawn care service but in reality provides average lawn care. He needed a reminder to please edge the walkway from time to time despite significant overgrowth. During the winter months he started skipping coming twice a month thinking he could get away with charging me for two times when he only came once monthly.  He got irritated when I asked for the dates he came so I could check the security cameras.   This is dishonest. I always pay for the work done even if I’m not totally pleased, but this was a deal breaker for me.

I really wish customers would tell the whole truth. Best wishes to you finding another lawn company.

This is a great story. I wanted to surprise a colleague who broke his lawnmower that he got for his birthday and had to go out of town by having his yard professionally done. I reached out to Theo and his team and they were amazing to work with start to finish. Super responsive, amazing work, sent me completed pics and tremendous follow up. This is definitely a first class operation. So give them a call, it was great working with people you could count on to get the job done and also get the job done right.

Called Saturday and Needed the yard mowed by Tuesday morning.   Theo had it done in less than 24 hrs. Thank you

Wow, what an incredible job by Theo's Lawn Maintenance!  I received his name from another reputable company (as he serviced the area I need help with) and he responded within the hour and had the job completed within a few days and the yard now looks gorgeous!  The grass and weeds had.gotten so high as the occupant was clearly not tending to the yard.
Looking forward to continued service from this great company.

Theo’s did an excellent job of cleaning up an overgrown lawn with an abundance of leaves.  He also did it with only a few days notice.  We were moving and simply didn’t have time to deal with the lawn. Lawn was cut, bushes trimmed and leaves were collected or mulched. Great job! Thank you.  I’d definitely use Theo’s again and would recommend to anyone in Gainesville area.

I hired Theos to mow a large lawn I was house-sitting for. I could not be present when his team showed up but checking it later the job was superb. Theo was great to work with, very responsive and very professional. I highly recommend him and his company.
