Where can I start! I’ve been shopping with your establishment since you were located near downtown Roanoke. I drive all the way from Richmond to deal with Val and your team. Their knowledge is impeccable about the products you carry, professional and customer focused approach is commendable. I will always be a loyal customer and yes Val has spoiled me and my family members that I’ve referred over the years. It’s a great feeling when you walk in the door you’re greeted by name. I got some dyed brown mulch here and it had topsoil and black dyed mulch mixed up in it from the bucket. It was a pain to make it look right and for what mulch cost now I was hoping for better quality.

Dillon, we certainly apologize for this as it appears the person loading it did not clean the bucket in between loads. Please call the Turf and Garden store tomorrow and ask for Teresa. She would like to speak to you in regards to how we can remedy this issue.

The absolute best place for your lawn and gardening needs. Very knowledgeable staff who understand the area and the science behind lawn care. Professional grade products you won't find at big box stores. I've wasted my money at big box stores over the years with no impact to the lawn. Valerie at the store has managed to turn my red clay disaster into an oasis of green turf I can walk bare foot in. Excellent place for a first rate education and top notch products!
