  I had my lawnmower serviced at the shop and the final bill was twice what they initially quoted and nobody ever called to find out if I was ok with the new bill total before doing the work. Final bill ended up being 3x higher than what the big box stores charge for the same service. I want to support local businesses, but this is the first and last time I will use this local business.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a new mower, waited 10 weeks and after 6 hours of use would not work. They did not stand behind their product and were extremely rude. I would give them a minus 10 stars if I could. So much for shopping local!

  They charged me double the estimated cost for my lawnmower yearly service Nobody called to ask if it was ok that the final bill would be that high or if I wanted all that work done I should have paid attention to the other critical reviews of this business This is my first and definitely LAST time doing business with this place If I could give them zero stars I would
