  I'm not sure what these two last reviews are talking about but this guy is amazing everything I needed done was completed never showed up late or had any problems. I'm satisfied thanks, bathroom look great!!!

  This contractor was very communicative leading up to the day he came to do the estimate. He showed up as planned. Evaluated the work to be done and gave a prompt estimate. BUT, when it came to actually doing the work as agreed upon, no one ever showed up multiple times. The first missed appointment was blamed on a “misunderstanding in communication”. When rescheduling, the manager stated he had a $10,000 job going on and he would pull workers from that job to work mine in. The second rescheduled appointment was a no show by anyone. The manager then claimed that he assigned a crew to come to my job but that crew did not show up for work. A flimsy excuse when he already told me that he was sending workers from another job. I asked him to call me back when he lined up workers to complete my job. Never heard from him again. My job was approximately $2500 but this company obviously does not value your business unless you’re giving them five figures or more.

  Made appointment for quote for some flooring and appliance issues. Redo called to confirm our appointment the day of and then never showed up or contacted us to say they were running late or needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
