  Lovely store but they need to learn customer service. I took my granddaughter there and the only person that even acknowledged us was a young lady sweeping the floor and another customer. We spent about 45 minutes there, crossing paths with the employees or owners multiple times. They were busy discussing how many paying customers they had the days before. Not appropriate in my opinion to discuss in front of other customers. I was going to buy some plants but because of being treated like we didn’t even exist, I will take my business elsewhere. My granddaughter is 3 years old.

  A great variety of plants! And unlike the box stores the plants look well cared for. A bit disorganized, but that's ok just makes you look more!

  So today I went to Plant Outlet to get some berry bushes..oh my goodness ! I had no clue they would have so many different strands to pick from! I was greeted by two very nice guys that was helping me and showing me & helping me pick out the best looking blackberry and raspberry bushes. Chris was so friendly and so helpful and today was his first day on the job and I was his first customer of the day!!!He was so sweet and kind and I am so sorry but I forgot the other guys name but he himself was so very nice and helpful!!! So glad Plant Outlet was my first stop to shop for berry bushes and I will for sure be going back when they get some more in stock!!! Thanks Plant outlet and the guys that helped me out today!!!!
