Called this company for snow removal. They were very responsive and did a great job! The gentleman with the red truck w/ blade was very personable and made for a 5 star experience for this company.

Called to get a quote on what seemed a simple task for a professional landscaper, some fill dirt, rock removal and grass seed. Was told someone would come by and I would receive a quote within a few days. Someone apparently came by but I received no quote. Called about a week later regarding that and was told my quote was on the very top of the stack on his desk and I would get it the next morning. A week later, still no quote. So I called again and was told perhaps he had the wrong email. So I gave my email again and was told he would send it over in just a couple of minutes. Nope...still no quote. If you didn’t want my business, just should have been up front about it. Seems to be very unprofessional and disorganized. I would recommend going elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

They would not honor price quoted over the phone. I spoke to Troy on the phone and he asked how much my previous lawn company quoted me. I said $30 a mow, he said he wanted my business and would price match it. Then I received my first bill and it was incorrect. We contacted them to fix the price and they refuse to honor the verbal quote. I do not want to do business with a dishonest company. There are a lot of other lawn maintenance companies out there. My review is still on facebook. The owner could not provide the emailed quote he says he sent in April. He can't even type in a correct email address on a statement and shared my personal address on Facebook. He is unprofessional, dishonest and prideful. I received the bill late because he sent it to an incorrect email address. Today is June 1st. The bill went out on May 13th. I am not 30 days behind. I wrote a check for the entire balance and mailed it today with a cancellation request. We attempted to get the owner to honor his verbal quote but he refused. I have over 30 reviews on google, Facebook and over 200 on yelp. They are all honest.

I sent Veronica an email quote on April 9th for $35.00. That is our minimum price, and has been for the last 5 years. Instead of simply calling and discussing the matter, Veronica goes to the internet to leave negative reviews. This issue also wasn't brought up until Veronica was 30 days behind on her first invoice, and the second one was due. I've been in business for 20 years and this is the first time I have ever had a price disputed, even when I provided veronica with the original email that was sent to her on April 9. Pretty sure that's why she took the review off of the company FB page, because I posted screen shots of the email that she received with the $35.00 price.
