This is the best Home Depot around by far I have never had a bad experience here. It’s always very clean and well-maintained plus they have a full stock pretty much all the time. I’ve had 2 experiences now were an employee has gone way out of the necessary reach to help me and I have not forgot it. Highly recommend this hardware store.

I ordered two items on clearance online my order did not go through I called the store to check and they had no record of it. The girl put me on hold to go check one the issue of my missing order and while I was waiting someone decided they needed that line and just disconnected on me. And I did not feel like going back through the whole story again last night so I didn't call back. So I guess what I'm saying is I think it's a very busy store. I know a lot of people like it I have been in it one time it's a decent store but they all have their good price areas.

Just got my new washer delivered and gotta say those guy where awesome taking the old out and installing the new in. Great purchase will give feed back on washer as we use it. Thanks to the delivery guys professionalism to it best on how the due there job.

As far as box construction stores go, it's a good as any other. The simple fact that they and Lowes make certain that their prices almost always align just goes to show that allowing them to take over has given us a false sense of choice. I, like most people,  appreciate that I can find at least one style of almost any building material i can think of, but,  I sure wish their were still more small businesses so we had a real choice of brands and prices available to us.

Been shopping there for years, always have the lowest prices, shipping is 50/50 some items are delivered fast some take forever. Pickup is pretty decent as well, I had to wait 3 days for a store Pickup for in stock items once, but every other time was within an hour. Used to shop at the competition but now I recieve a military discount here plus the lower prices, why go anywhere else?

Ordered wine refrigerator online to deliver to store. Received it damaged after the 2 round trips to the store to try and resolve was told sorry nothing we can do. This is after my phone conversation with the store assistant manager telling me to come in and we ( Home Depot ) will make sure you (me) are satisfied. I requested to speak to the store manager and never appeared! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Home depot is my go to for DIY projects.
Great staff and usually pretty well stocked.
Used their tool /truck Rentals and have been amazing..get there early for rentals cause during busy season things can be rented out fast.

I went shopping for pellets(wood burning) and the few staff I talked to were awesome. I took one star off for the fact that 12 bags on the skid had holes in them which caused the pellets to swell and shouldn’t of been out for sale. But overall the staff was great :)

This store is responsible for one of the worst experiences of my life. My wife's car broke down behind the store, so I went in and told the assistant manager that my wife's car broke down and asked if it was okay for them to keep it there for 2 days (It was a Saturday and the earliest I could get it towed was Monday). The assistant manager said it should be okay and asked for my phone number in case he had to call. I told him to call me if it had to be towed by them. Fast forward to Tuesday, I went to the salvage yard to get payment for the car (It was supposed to be towed to them) and they told me that it was not at Home Depot. So, I went to Home Depot and they told me that they towed it as an abandoned vehicle and to call the police. They never called me and told me they had towed it. So, now I have to go to the impound and pay a ridiculous fee for the days it was sitting there while I was unaware. Screw this Home Depot, you'll never see me again.

Poor management and disengaged staff. Just went in on a busy Saturday afternoon to get a cart full of gardening and lawn products and when I got to the crowded checkout line I was asked to wait for self checkout in an un organized crowd in the middle of the running aisle with no option to wait for a regular checkout line as they decided to instruct there employees to stand around and direct people to the tiny single bag self check out registers instead of utilizing them to run regular check out lanes. I will not be coming to this HomeDepot anymore. What is the point of having staff if they are not going to be utilized to facilitate a user friendly customer experience.
