I could practically live here, wait, I practically do. Home Depot. Where doers get er done.

I had purchased a Kohler medicine chest that was very difficult to locate in the store - the website showed 3 in the store but in reality only one was sellable. Should have passed when I noticed that the cabinet had previously been opened and returned.  However when I installed it *the shelves were too large*. Returning to Home Depot I initially was told I’d have to bring it all back for a return. Then Denise in the back helped me with just the shelve issue since the display one had the right size shelves. The display mirror was cracked so they could not sell it anyway. Thank goodness for Denise who understood my issue and helped me quickly fix it with the least amount of effort. “Good size” glass shelf pictured on top.

Home Depot usually has all that your looking for.  Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you, that's because a lot of people shop at Home Depot!  When you do fine someone, they are extremely helpful, even thought they are busy.  The area to order something, is fantastic with Very friendly people.

I did not have a good experience here. I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to in this case.  I bought (2) of the same style media plugs on line to pick up at the store.  I was emailed it was ready. I drove there (30 minutes) to pick it up.  The package was stapled and I did not open it because it was a simple order.  When I got home I realized there was only one.  I called the next day 3 times and it kept ringing for 10 minutes each time before I hung up.  I went back to the store ( 1 hour in drive time, 30 minutes each way) and they told me that they only had 1 in stock.  They said I would have a refund in 3 days.  The system told me the order was complete, otherwise I would not have driven there.  The person that delivered it to me did not tell me the order was not complete. And the next day I would not have driven back (1 hour drive time) if they would have answered the phone or I could get information on line.  The customer service people were just matter of fact and never said they were sorry for the problem.

I see a lot of comments saying that there is no help. I am not going to say that your experience isn’t valid but what you should understand if you never work somewhere like this is that they are understaffed and way under paid. So if you not getting paid then why stay?? And to that I would say then who would be there to help you? It all goes around. Most people there work 4 hours that’s another way for saving for the company and have to deal with so rude customers that doesn’t even know what they want but they are experts at not knowing. Again I am not saying that you won’t have a bad experience that’s everywhere. Just have Patience. And I love the morning shift security Kevin he’s a great person and very professional.
