I am giving one star solely due to the salesman who was professional and helpful. We ordered a fridge, washer, dryer and stove. Delivery was about a month and a half out. When it came time for our delivery , no contact and they didn’t deliver on the date the salesman provided. When I called to check the status the customer service rep copped attitude and then told me her manager was on lunch and would call me back. No call back was received so I called again the next morning. They said they had my items in store but would not be able to deliver until Nov 23rd, after Thanksgiving and almost 3 weeks later than the original delivery date. I advised we would come get the items ourselves. We arrived and the guys helped us load then forgot to provide the electric cords and dryer hose. So we had to wait another 30 min while they figured that out. The customer service at this Home Depot is garbage. You will be better off ordering from Lows, Best Buy, Costco or Amazon. I would highly recommend not ordering from this store.

Better than the other big box home improvement. Still, employees seem to not want to help customers. Edit: I have to say, since my first time writing a review on this home depot that it's changed. In a good way. The employees are more in tune with helping customers. You can hear them asking other customers if they need help finding anything. Product knowledge and cross training are still needed in my opinion, but oh can tell there's been a change in management style, and the employees don't seem "hate" being there. Rather they seem to be enjoying their jobs more.

NEVER BUY APPLIANCES HERE! We ordered a fridge from this Home Depot September 2021; from the moment it was delivered it had issues, we spent a few days trouble shooting as it was freezing all of our food and making tons of loud sounds. We contacted Home Depot to return it and they wouldn’t accept it as they have a 48hr return window on appliances. They told us to go through the warrantee process with the manufacturer - which has been the biggest headache. We’ve spent hours going through their automated phone system, begging for help and now in Feb 2022, we still have a broken fridge and no repairman can fix it due to back ordered parts and supply chain issues - so far it’s been six months with no working fridge, no one will let us return it or exchange it, and no one besides me cares. I feel 100% robbed by this store.
