  Home depot helped me build my beautiful backyard sanctuary. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I never have done much plumbing work, but between Mike and "The Depot Oracle-mildly gruff older man with red suspenders- knows everything about EVERYTHING! I came in with a drawing and a concept..well..just look for yourself. The waterfall and filtration plumbing on my pond was a bit over my head, but with such a knowledgeable and helpful staff, they made my concept a reality.

  Today was a disaster at the Home Depot in Mt.pleasant, to start off nobody was willing to give us proper help didn’t know or didn’t want to stop and help, the only one who actually stopped and offer to help was Tyler, and we saw him helping others around too while other associates were just walking around in couples. And no the store was not busy enough for them to at least ask if we needed help finding something. Then we see Tyler by himself loading railroad ties, 2 associates came out to unlock a small trailer passed Tyler at least 3 times and not one stopped to help him, But you need 2 for a trailer? Then I was at the pro desk had a question 2 associates there and neither one acknowledged I was there just looked at me and didn’t even say we’ll take care of you in a minute! And to finish off I don’t understand why it was allowed for trucks with trailers to be parked at the loading area if they weren’t ready to load we had our lumber ready to load and we couldn’t get out with our cart .. it was ridiculous..we love Home Depot but they need more workers like Tyler and cashier Maria who was very helpful too! I think if manager Jason would’ve been there things would’ve been completely different!

  Home depot in Tyler has a bit of work to do on tool rental communication. Mt Pleasant store saved the day! Understanding that if you need a machine, and try to reserve it, it's nice if it's actually there. Myrna and Jesus worked more than an hour, making heads and tails of a new rental process, to be sure we had what we needed to get the job done. Thank you for taking the time to help out some DIY'ers!! Once again the Mt Pleasant store saved the day!! I can't say enough about LeeAnn and the staff there. Went in on an icy day, even short staffed they were friendly and helpful (not running the other direction). While we were ultimately able to repair our current appliance,they made the return simple. Great store, great staff!
