Great customer service help, in both finding what we were looking for and also helping us with some returns and refund we needed for a prior purchase that we ended up not going with. We bought a sink - and to top it off the carts with the steering wheels for our younger kids was the icing on the cake. Made our trip easier with the kids having fun in the cart.

I went here to shop for my sister's birthday party and I didn't even find balloons. I did however find some delicious looking pink cotton candy rolls with Pink Panther on them!

However, when I went home and ate my cotton candy I felt sick and had to live in the bathroom for three days. What the heck! Maybe it was just expired?

Good, dependable hardware store. The prices are in line with most others. The employees are always courteous and helpful. They almost always have what we need in stock.

Went looking for some roofing nails. Had just found what I was looking for when an employee asked if I needed help. Told him I thought I'd found what I needed. He then said,  "Well you need to get out of the way! There's a lady that needs to help someone get something off a higher shelf."

I started towards the back of the store to continue shopping. He then told me, "No! You need to go this way!" This, despite the fact the end of the aisle he was on is the one they're trying to bring the lift through and there were 2 employees at the other end of the aisle that could have let me out.

Rude and totally lacking in any common sense as far as safety or customer courtesy.

Used to go here at least twice a week.  Last 2 times, I had a horrible experience with the paint department supervisor.  I forget her name, but I filled a complaint with the manager on duty and I usually don't bother with these things.  She has a terrible attitude not only with me, but with every customer I witnessed.  She's good at what she does, but she needs to learn a lot about customer service.  I haven't gone back since and unfortunately I've been visiting the big blue store lately.  The only recourse a customer has is to stop giving money to the places they've had bad experiences with.  Stay away from the paint department at this location

Don’t try to get a job at this location unless you like being degraded and disrespected by the administration. The main manager Albert plays with associates jobs and schedule like it’s his personal disposal. I got terminated over calling in while my wife was in the hospital and my call outs were never entered. Huge lack of communication from the ladder of administration. Very rude over night crew. They complain as if they are being held against their will there. Day shift was extremely friendly! Do not recommend wasting your time here.

Was able to find the stuff I needed. Er... Funny accident with staff trying to help me find an item. Said item was behind our backs.
By the way, does Home Depot have this item? Think of a plug-in scenter but instead it's a plug-in light bulb.

The crew was amazing!!! They really made a Christmas miracle for our family! I couldn't thank them enough. The only tree we really wanted was display only and they agreed not only to give us the tree but also bagged it up so I could take it home safely!!!! Go see them!

I went back 3 times trying to find something that would take stain off wood I got help all three times and not one of them worked I live clear across town and wasted all that money now I have to go to another store and see if they can help me figure this out.Im not saying Home Depot is a bad place to shop but today I lost money .

Butcher block for our island.  Perfect. Great service Jonathan was very nice. Got my birthday plant too.
