  My husband and myself went to Home Depot yesterday looking for hardware to mount our daybed swing. Mr. Rick in hardware was so patient and helpful. He took his time with us and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering. We spent over an hour with Mr. Rick. It was so refreshing to see an employee have such great customer service !!!! Nowadays that’s hard to find. I can’t thank Mr. Rick enough for his kindness and patience. Home Depot this man deserves a raise for going over and beyond. Having an employee like this is very rare. He was very helpful and we got everything we needed. Mr Rick you are a top star employee. Thank you for all you do !!!!

  Awesome staff. I’ve been going exclusively to Lowe’s since moving here but after one day and an interaction with Barry and Elsa I will only be coming back to Home Depot. After a few visits with them they know me by name and always have a friendly face when walking in. Barry has helped me with many project questions and Elsa has help me through checking out and applying for a Home Depot card as well. Both are amazing staff members and should be recognized!

  I purchased an appliance it had some damage and I went back to do an even exchange and they don't do that. You have to pay for another item and then they will send your refund. I did purchase the same item again. I went back the same day to cancel that order that I placed earlier that day and they still have not refunded my money. I never took possession of the order and they should have returned my money the same day but as of now I am still waiting on my refund and my account does not even show a pending refund. In reality I have paid for 2 appliances but only have one in my possession and there is no refund in site. I kept the damage one because i just did not want to desl with it. I WILL CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER ABOUT THE DAMAGE ONE. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I also returned small item because it didn't fit for fifty something dollars on last Saturday and I am waiting on a refund for that too and again that refund is no where in site also. There refund policy is nothing like Lowes. If Lowes owe you a refund you get it just like they say. There is not a long drawn out process. Home Depot is horrible when it comes to getting your hard earned money back from them. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. NEVER.
