  The last couple of times we've come into the store we have had the pleasure of working with Bruce. The man knows his stuff And is a lot of fun to talk to. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. One of my favorite Home Depot locations.

  My husband passed away. The store customer service people knew this. It took one month to receive this expensive gun safe! They kept promising me it was shipping and it didn’t. They stated they had called and they didn’t. I waited all day at home until 8:00 pm three times . When I finally received the safe it was damaged as if they had dropped it on its top. I have made numerous calls for them to pick up the safe and they were supposed to pick up then no one showed up. Now having called 3 times with still not knowing when they will pick up so I can receive my refund!!!! I have family coming in this week for my husbands funeral. Is this really how you want to treat your good customers!!!!

  I pretty much know my way around home depot, sometimes I'll walk around for couple of hours just looking. The employees are helpful and nice.
