Cleaner than Harrisonburg Lowe's, but fewer staff, but staff are more helpful. Self-checkout is fast and easy, no scales to argue with.

I had a good experience here. They allow dogs to come if they’re on leash. I brought my dog and we walked around the less busy aisles to get her used to being in new environments. I also wanted to buy rope to craft some homemade dog toys. Staff were easily able to direct me to where it was. Self check out was smooth. I’d go here again.

Well stocked - drove 60 miles since our Winchester location had no wood.  Hats off to the employees who were helpful, asking if we needed help and even taking my cart I was wheeling back to store.  Wish you were my regular store!

An employee meet us at the door and wanted to know if we need help. He stayed with us and helped to find and gather everything we needed for a plumbing job. Also shared so other things that you could use in your drains. We were very pleased.

Do not order appliances via delivery from the Home Depot. We bought a nice dishwasher and paid an installation fee. It was late the first time and they missed us so we had to wait another few weeks before getting the appliance. A third party contractor came to install it. When they left, the dishwasher was not working electrically and it was leaking.  We have been working on it for two hours and are unable to tell if it is the product or installation that is the issue. We have been unsuccessful in getting help from the company, other than them telling us we could have it replaced and installed by the same contractor if we call within 48 hours. Now the water is shut off in our kitchen because we have a pool and no support.
