  I love this store, and all of the employees (especially Robb) are so nice and helpful. My pup is welcome too so that’s a huge bonus :) EDIT: so sad that I have to change my review, but the service here is horrible. Had a lovely time ordering everything for my new bathroom, then when it came time for my contractor to pick up everything suddenly nothing was ready even though I ordered it a month prior and received confirmation that it was ready to be picked up and I called to schedule a specific day to pickup. Honestly I won’t come back here.

  I’ll never return here. There is no curbside the 3 associates inside are chatting and too lazy to respond to their obvious notice that patrons are waiting. Slow women retrieving order by long # rather than a simple pickup code. They won’t assist you with loading even after it was supposed to be curbside. Lazy. They refuse to acknowledge the line and serve who they want first. This was the most incompetent pickup service I’ve ever experienced. Ratchet employees.

  Very helpful staff. Located the tools and material I needed to start a project. Informed of what I needed to watch out for as "fish" wires behind walls. Hoping for the best.
