  They don't get paid orders correct. They can't process payments correctly. They don't call you back when they specifically say they will. They don't seem to even care that you'd like to process a large order. You stay on hold for hours and don't even care if their employees do something really wrong. It's one huge cluster f#@k. Management covers up for the employees that are really messing up. I've placed my order for a kitchen months ago and I can't get any information regarding my order.

  So I usually don't shop at Home Depot but Lowe's didn't have the lamp cord that I needed. The store was clean and stocked as well as I am assuming could be. I really hate to complain on these reviews but here was my problem. I had to ask three times for an associate to help me in the electrical department. It took 25 minutes for someone to show up. I just feel as though that is a bit much. I don't know if they are short staffed but there are plenty of employees walking around. Asking them for help was like a burden to them. Perhaps it was just a bad night to go to Home Depot. I will visit the store again and see if there is a difference.
