I love home Depot today was a little hard finding staff.  The staff that was there seem to be on their first day and no one around to help them. Still the store had everything that I needed and the people that were there although they were new they were very courteous.

I went to buy a stove found the one I wanted that thing was 1000 dollars. I tried to find someone to sale it to me but I couldn't find a soul.one guy totally ignored me and walked off. As I was walking out I noticed just about every employee in the parking lot some was getting  shopping carts others just talking. That's ok I left the parking lot  and went to Lowe's  they was glad to help me buy a stove

Definitely a depot for home goods.

Unlike many other experiences I have had positive results trying to get an associate to help me, even if that means they have to look up an item on their phone.

I recently downloaded the app to do this myself.

Today my son and I went to buy a certain paint which I had checked on line that the store had it in stock. The salesperson said that they did not carry that brand anymore. I told her the internet said they had it, and she told me I would have to order it and again said they didn't have it in the store. We went back to our car and checked the internet again and it said they had 21 in stock. My son went back in the store, found the paint we wanted on the shelf, paid for it and left. Please don't put someone in the Paint Department that don't know what they're talking about. Very disappointed with my shopping experience today.

Honestly, employee competence has been disappointing on multiple occasions. Waited for over 30 minutes to ask a question at customer service today and the lady kept skipping us to run returns instead, even after we said we just had a question. The question was never even answered in store, I texted the app instead and the 7 minute wait for that service saved us from another long wait with customer service.

Hey girl you don’t belong at the customer service desk!!!!! I mean service isn’t the best anyway. But a whole attitude because I asked you a question? Pretty unprofessional. Have some respect for other people, young lady. What if someone treated you like that? You have no idea what the other person is going through. Have some decency and ACTUAL customer service. Thanks!!!

I placed a order online for curbside pickup. When I received the email that started my order was ready, I made my way to the store, about 40 miles from home. Upon arriving to the store, I checked in on line as instructed. After waiting 30 min, I called the store at the number provided on the pickup sign...no answer. I waited another 5 minutes and called again. FINALLY, someone answered. I told him that I had checked into curbside parking 45 minutes ago and how much longer it would be. He stated he didnt know anyone had checked in...??? WTH?? He stated they would be right out. Another 15 minutes pass and I'm really at the end of my rope of this situation. It was ONE item!! Finally its brought out and I'm on my way home after 70 minutes in the HD parking lot...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

The Home Depot that I use is very clean and well organized. The Home Depot Corporation has been very generous to the Veteran community and wish to thank them.

I absolutely love love love Home Depot..every time I think I've seen everything they have to offer I am surprised by something new..something awesome for my home or something I need for work

Didn't find what I went to get but, found other stuff.... Christmas decorations. We were greeted and offered assistance.  Very nice people!
