  Nothing good to say about this place the customer service is non-existent the inventory never accurate electrical supplies completely missing just like my punctuation. Tonight they close the whole aisle for 30 minutes while they discussed what they needed to get off the shelf and the wastewater pump aisle well the entire city of Jamestown is flooded I generally believe this was a poor decision my business was forced to go elsewhere. Tonight it will be my shop vac and garbage barrels tonight I am upset and tomorrow I will go to Lowe's far outside of my way to purchase my utility pump rather than deal with your customer service situation again!

  Prices are way higher than other hardware stores in our area. We would only go if we can't find what we're looking for elsewhere. However when we do go to home Depot the staff are friendly and helpful.

  Ok selection. You have to ask the correct people for help. Scott in plumbing is a Pro. Most others just drawing a paycheck. Main headquarter Customer Service is literally nonexistent. If you have a problem with any of the HD affiliates you will never get an honest investigation. Lip service is their idea of Customer Service
