  Store has everything you need except helpful employees. They either ignore you or turn the other way. There are a couple friendly/helpful people, but they are always busy, for obvious reasons. The younger crew seemed as if they couldn't be bothered to do their job.

  I have actively patronized this north Spokane Home Depot for well over 11 years. I have remodeled homes, purchased appliances, remodeled a few businesses using them. I will never step foot in one and neither will my husband for the rest of our lives. I will only go to lowes or mom n pop shops. Here’s why: My husband and I purchased a washer dryer combo in September. When I received it it was an awful machine that cost well over $2,100. Did not do as advertised and needs a lot more technology to be able to be a machine that actually works. It would just steam the clothes and not dry. The sales person at Home Depot had no knowledge of the machine at all when we purchased it. Called within 48 hours for return. Home Depot appliance managers all denied my claim for return for absolutely no reason going against their own policy. I was able to go over their heads and have the return okayed. Within two days of dropping off the machine Home Depot picked it up. I bought the machine in September and it arrived at my home December. It is now February and I still not received a refund. I called Home Depot, they basically told me that’s not their concern the managers will not speak to me they were busy they said. Gave me a one 800 number to call. The one 800-number said they would never have refund my money unless I called them and asked for it. Home Depot was rude, unhelpful and condescending in their communication. I suggest do not buy anything from here that you need to return if it doesn’t work that’s a large purchase. They will just deny you. Greedy & unethical. I’m still waiting on my $2100 refund like I’m some rich person and this much $ is nothing to me. I had to buy a new washer in dryer to replace so I am out a lot of $ at the moment. They will lose out on tens of thousands of dollars of my future business.

  It's home depot..prices keep going up as well as their stock price...but there's just some things you can't find elsewhere so you have to overpay....its their style and they are good at it..spot amazing deals here and there..but its HD. Also they changed the veterans policy which is complete BS...chasing that bottom line in a supply demand mismatch and the veterans suffer...not cool..but sometimes your still over the barrel so..what can you do
