Always been a fan of home depot and DIYs (flipping my house) but this location takes the cake, the staff are the absolute best I've had the pleasure of working with and being advised by, my projects became more efficient. Seriously from pain to paneling to electric and plumbing they have someone that can give great advice in every corner. And excellent marketing strategy that leaves a vendor and a client winning.

Great prices, knowledgeable staff.  Grabbed a water tank pressure switch and was helped in understanding the different types and purposes and given advice in maintenance of my system. Accomodated my late arrival just before close understanding my emergency.

They were very helpful.  They did not have everything i was looking for and i have to go back because  I got the wrong light bulbs  but all the staff i talked to all tried to help me find what i was looking for.   They also jad other ideas of how to unfreeze my frozen wazer pipes.

Signed up for my dad for him to get the military discount. The process at lowes was much easier and accommodating. The online process for Home Depot was confusing and discouraging to say the least. Took my dad to lowes first then Home Depot to start buying stuff for his home renovations. Lowes was simple just using his phone number at check out. Home Depot was useless. Still have zero idea how to get him the discount. The manager was nice enough to apply it for him however in the future I have no idea how he can use his discount. I think you are failing our retired Vets Home Depot. You can absolutely do better. Most of them are not tech savvy and are elderly. I have always preferred Home Depot over Lowes until this experience. Extremely dissatisfied and disheartened that this is how you treat our Military Population. And the woman associate at the Oneonta NY location that helped us was extremely rude and not helpful. The manager however was kind.

Sadly a Pro member doesn't get you really any benefits, including service at this store. We were standing at the Pro check out desk for 25 minutes, other employees were walking around, clearly saw us, and no one bothered to find someone to help us or even acknowledge that we were there. We were also trying to get information for the commercial credit card for our business, which we spend thousands of dollars a month at this store, and no one could provide any helpful information. Why shop at this store when Lowes down the street has better deals for Pro members, they greet you at the door, and they are always looking to help you. This store has 1 cashier working at a time and not very knowledgable of the position. Also non Pro members are always taking up all the parking spaces in the Pro member parking lot. Not helpful when loading an entire skid of sheetrock and you have to walk across the entire parking lot to get it into your work truck. Lumber yard up the road has much more reasonable prices, and Lowes.
