Always have a great experience here the staff are very knowledgeable about what aisle and where their products are located and honestly anything I've ever needed for any DIY projects, Well they have had it. Went back again 4 sum more wifely projects n new wor gloves 4 the garage 😉

I went to get keys made and it took 15 minutes just to get someone to come help, keep in mind I already asked someone to call someone for me right when I got there. Then it took him 5 times to put the key in just to tell me, "oh yeah we don't make these keys". Not to mention nobody wears a name tag there so nobody knows any names. Poor professionalism in my opinion!

This store is actually fun to shop. All employee's have knowledge of there department. If they are not sure they get some one who can help. Just ask and someone will answer your question. They also have a pro desk and a customer service desk. Please don't lift any item that's to heavy, have an employee do the heavy lifting that's part of the customer service.

Home Depot used to be great. I am disappointed in changes specifically at his location. Employees walk away when you walk toward them to ask for help. Products out of reach are not moved forward. Recently, an employee failed to give me a receipt for my purchase. I realized and walked back in and was told it was too late. You do have options and this store should not be one on your list.

I have had two unpleasant experiences with this store. today I came to order materials for an upcoming job. I arrived at 5:45 and was told," I'm off, i get off at 600," by the woman in pro services. It was 5:45. I don't understand this mentality. As a business owner I would never say that I'm off and can't help you prior to actually being off the clock. Sad and definitely an attitude that will have me shopping elsewhere  in the future.
