  What a complete waste of money this company is! Way overpriced and horribly shoddy work. We used them last year. They would come (hopefully) once a week, and literally run their riding mower around the property and do a half assed job at best. They didn't bother with edging or any cleanup. Their billing department is in such shambles that they don't even know who's who, and they admitted it. They wanted me to sign a contract, yet they never emailed it or sent it otherwise, even when I contacted them twice about it. Then they told me that they messed up and realized half of their accounts didn't have contracts. The kid that runs the crew is a pathological liar, and the owner, Tom Tilley of Tilley's nursery knows it. He's the one who told me not to believe a word he says. That's his foreman? What's wrong with THAT picture? What's worse...when I contacted the corporate headquarters for The Grounds Guys (since it is a franchise) they told me they would take care of it. Again, nothing was done and no follow up. All in all, do yourselves a favor and find another landscape company. It'll be less expensive and twice the craftsmanship.
