  Beautiful and tranquil gated community near downtown Austin and the airport. Less than 20 minutes to the new Tesla giga factory. Definitely a hidden gem at an excellent location!

  Open spaces, decent size lots, and well-planned variety in the homes. Love it and it looks like it would have great resale value.

  I live at the Colony and it is a great place to live. Large lots, beautiful oak and cedar trees and lots of wildlife. The subdivision management company stinks. Home owner dues go up frequently and since we moved in have lost many perks that got us here. Still like my neighbors and my property alot!
