  Jeremy came out on a Saturday afternoon to pump the septic tank, unclog a toilet and kitchen sink in our vacation rental home. He and his assistant worked tirelessly to remedy our problems. He would not give up until the toilet and sink were working properly. With guests staying in the home, we were more than grateful for all they did to help us during this emergency situation. They responded to our home within an hour. Do not hesitate to call them if you need assistance. Thank you Jeremy and Thames Septic Services.

  We used them to service our septic tank. Had to reschedule a few times due to weather and they were accommodating with each delay. They showed right when they said they would and had our tank emptied in about 30 minutes. Were able to answer my questions on the system. Will use them again next time.

  These boys show up to work. They also go the extra mile. Would recommend them to anyone in need of septic pumping. Called to have the septic pump, arrived 15 mins later with shovels, vacuum tanker, and a smile. Very professional as well!
