  Used website to retrieve phone number. Spoke briefly with staff member in regards to an item in stock. While said employee was not outright rude, they did make me feel as though I was being an inconvenience. I apologize for the inquiry pertaining to an item that falls well within your job description and pay scale. I cannot necessarily rate the business or website, 2 stars is generous for the staff however.

  I had a 40 foot elm removed.Carrie was very responsive with my call and made a appointment for a bid. She bid the job at a great price, I had 4 bids total. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend them for your needs!

  I hired this company to move two large root balls that were uprooted during the storm on April 30th.The owner came out to review the requested project and set up a time and a price to get the job done. I wrote a check when they arrived to begin the job, but after they completed the task, I was left with a mess of the ground that was created by moving the root balls. The existing path with rock edges and mulch pathway was ruined and there were deep gouges left in the ground, thus I was unable to use the lawn tractor or push mower without the blades getting caught on the gouge tops. The rocks that edged the path were strewn across the property. I called one of the owners, but just got her voicemail. So I explained how disappointed I was with the way it looked after they "finished" and asked her to call me to discuss it. I have now made four phone calls to her, always get a voicemail, and have left messages each time requesting that she call me back. I have had no response from her. I might add that the check that I made out to the company has been cashed! So, here I am,74 years old, trying to clean up this mess and put everything back in place so I can mow and trim the weeds, of which there are many now.
