I have to say I have done business with Percy and TenderCare for a few years and have always been pleased with the quality of work they perform.  Today, after another day of recovering from hurricane Laura, I came home to find that they had once again made my yard beautiful. This time they went above and beyond their normal excellent service and paid extra special attention to every small detail in areas I normally tend to myself. It meant so much to me to see one more light at the end of this tunnel we have traveled. Thank you, Percy! Loyalty is rewarded with loyalty!

Tender Care takes care of business. They show up when they say they will, and they do an absolute fantastic job, every single time they perform yard maintenance/installations. I hated the front of my house because our landscaping was so overgrown.  Tender Care Lawn Service came to our rescue.  In this climate of racial divide, Brent (our representative) didn't look at us as a color but as potential valued customers.  Our experience from start to finish was a good one.  Brent was so knowledgeable, worked with our budget, and was able to create a vision for our front yard that made our house look like a new property. Can't thank you guys enough and we would definitely recommend this business to our friends and family.

Terrible experience. I have been trying to get someone to check my sprinkler. They called me so many times for installation and now it’s only been 6 months. It was having some problems. I have been calling for 2 months for someone to come fix it. No response

Maheen,  thank you so much for leaving us a review.  I do apologize about your experience.  Our office did however let you guys know when you called in multiple times that due to the snow/ice we got that our list of repairs are extremely long and the wait time would be a while.  We also recommended that if it were an emergency case you may need to contact someone else, and that we would understand.  That wasn’t to send you somewhere else is what specifically to give you an estimated timeframe as you guys demanded we get to it sooner.  We just could not get to it any sooner as we take them in the order that they are received.  Again thank you so much and wish you well with the repairs.

We were having issues with our backyard holding water during heavy rains, which would inevitably flood into the back of our house.  Percy and his team at Tender Care Lawn Service installed a yard drainage system, and now we have no issues whatsoever!  Good price, and well worth not having water in our house every storm!!

Our sprinkler system had a leaking valve that allowed water to leak out of a sprinkler head.  This water flowed down the road when we used the system.  The only way to stop the flow was to turn the water supply valve off.  This was a real pain.
Travis from Tender Care came and found the valve with his electronic widget.  The valve was 8 inches under the ground.  The valve was broken, and Trent replaced it.  Everything is working very well, and it is very dry right now.  Just in time.

These guys are the best around. You’re not going to find a better service in the area. Kade and Percy are pros and offer exceptional customer service. Look no further. You have found your lawn care provider here.
