Called this business about getting tires changed on my bike and person on the phone simply hung up on me when we were discussing insurance liability due to me having my own tires. I was about to ask if his dealership carried the tires I needed but as I said that opportunity never happened as he choose to end the conversation 🤦‍♂️

Great place with great people. Purchased here in 2020 and loved dealing with the staff. They have answered all my questions even two years after my purchase still answer things for me. Dont go anywhere else! Go here. You'll love the way you're treated.

Went to look for a kids Helmet and goggles.  Looked for a bit with no help so I went to my car.  The general manager came out to apologize he was with a customer and asked if he could help me.  I went back in and found a helmet and goggles.  It was too big so we returned it and found one that fit.  Huston thank you for your help.  Cayden had a ball riding his 4-wheeler safely.

So,, how do you ever get a call back from service ??  First call no answer so left a message to return call. An hour later attempted another call and get message the subscriber has not set up voice mail. Is this a real business ??

Wow! That's the best word to describe Talladega Outdoors. Such a breeze to do buisness with and very very professional! Will be purchasing all my bikes from them moving forward. Great job to the staff at Talladega Outdoors!

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Talladega Cycle Sales and Jason!!!  All staff was very helpful and nice!  PRICES ARE THE LOWEST ANYWHERE!!!  We want to thank Jason for his amazing customer service and help purchasing a Kawasaki Utility Vehicle this weekend!  We spoke with Jason on the phone throughout the week and we agreed on a final price and that is exactly what he delivered! This is the fourth motorcycle I have purchased from Talladega Cycle.  The staff there are professional and competent.  The main reason I continue to purchase there is the fact that I am treated as a person all the time not just as a number.  They remember my name and always greet me when I come in even if it is just to browse.  I feel like a member of the family there.  This is the best cycle dealer I have ever  dealt with in my fifty years of riding.   Jason and Mike Upchurch are top notch.

I brought them a atv that had been sitting for years. I gave them my budget they finished well under budget  . I was kept informed every step of the way. And my atv runs like new.

The team at Talladega Cycles went above and beyond providing outstanding support and customer service. I was out riding and my bike mysteriously cut off and would not start. No power or anything. A gentlemen told me to contact Talladega Cycle for assistance. I spoke with Dave and they sent Keith out with a trailer to retrieve my bike. Keith worked tirelessly attempting to get the motor to start but no luck. He loaded my bike on the trailer and whisked me off to the shop where they were able to isolate the problem ( dead battery) and saved my riding day. I have never received such outstanding service from anyone at this level. They charged me fairly for the service and sent me away with a smile. Stop by and ask for Keith or anyone and you will be a repeat customer....Great place, with awesome service!!!
