  I ordered a dumpster for a new home build in Cass Lake. I was told by phone that I would have the dumpster for 1 week and agreed. I showed up to the jobsite several weeks later to see the dumpster was still at the property and not picked up. I was told that it is my responsibility to call in for the pickup; however this was already arranged when I placed the order. When I received my bill it was several hundred dollars more than what I was quoted. I was informed by T & K that there was "non-construction debri" in the dumpster when they picked it up. Apparently rosin paper and plastic sheathing used for paint drop is not considered "construction debri" secondly, they charged me for 2.32 tons of debri. THIS IS OBSURD. there is now way that less than the equivalent of 30 sheets of broken up 4x12 poorly placed sheetrock, the equivalent of 1-2 bundles of scrap shingles, some plastic poly and cardboard ALL underneath the rim of a 20 yard dumpster weighs over 7000lbs. When I questioned this with T&K they stated "it is what it is" and was unable to help me understand why I was being overcharged without explanation or reasonable supporting evidence. They were given the opportunity to make things right and chose to not do so. FRIENDS, FAMILY AND FOLKS FROM CASS, HUBBARD AND BELTRAMI COUNTY....I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST ORDERING YOUR DUMPSTER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. T&K IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY IMO AND IS INTENTIONALLY OVERCHARGING WITHOUT VALID EXPLANATION.

  Unfortunately it is not always as written. We offered to send the weight ticket to validate the amount charged and Andrew refused this. We did not charge for the extra 2 months that the dumpster sat onsite as we pick-up the dumpsters when the customers call and say they are done. Non construction debris includes cardboard, paper and plastic of which all where in the dumpster, this was stated clearly and this is a rule set forth by the disposal sites not T&K.Bri never stated "it is what it is" She did her best to repeatedly explain the costs and the situation but unfortunately Andrew's response was that he was "going to go online and give us bad reviews wherever possible". He was offered a phone call from the owner to which he stated "he had already wasted too much time". Andrew was offered supporting documents, charged less than normal rates and still not happy, end of story. We have been in business for 28years and will ALWAYS do everything reasonably possible to resolve customer complaints. Occasionally the customer does not want resolution. Unfortunately we tried our best and it wasn't good enough for Andrew. We hope Andrew the best in all he does and we will continue to provide excellent service to all customers we serve.

  Great family run business! I trust them to manage our landscaping needs for both our business and home, they do an exceptional job! The same can not be said about most landscaping companies, another company that I utilize for a property outside of the area is just not as good as T&K. I never need to micro-manage their services, they promptly and timely show up every week to mow right on time, they leave the properties looking perfect after the work is completed. They have also provided services such as removing limbs from trees which was done quickly and efficiently. They provide their services at a good fair and honest price for the work received. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of landscaping services!

  DO NOT USE! STAY AWAY! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS! I asked for a quote, I agreed and when I got the bill it was twice as much, then he told me he would take me to court to get the full amount. They low-ball you to get the work and then jack up the price, oldest trick in the book and I fell for it. DON'T YOU!
