  Poor employment. Lack of communication. Son was in ICU, my husband said he wouldn't be able to work until he gets discharged, 3 days later boss texted taking it as he quit because he didn't show up to work this morning. Considered it a no call no show. Tells him he doesnt need to show up cuz he "quit" but yet can't fire or terminate him with his own words. This is a non professional job. And the hours/pay SUCKS for all the work they do.
